Could you or your team be happier and more productive?

What are your goals and are you achieving them?

Do you want to develop your business skills?

Do you want to improve your presence and gravitas?

Our Coaching methods

An initial discussion will ensure that there is clarity about the issues to be addressed and the needs of the individual, and organisation (where appropriate). We will help you to identify your goals and what success could look like. And on the way, your coach will work to address any fears, limiting beliefs or general obstacles that may be holding you back.

How Often?

The time frame for one to one coaching is dependent on the issues to be addressed. To achieve real benefits and change a  programme of 6 to 12 sessions will be typical. There are situations when objectives can be achieved within a couple of sessions or a half / full day exercise. Intensive coaching works well when there are time pressures and a need for confidentiality.

Mentoring and Business Advice

As someone who understands your business, we can mentor as well as coach. Where the coach is experienced in a particular field, specific advice can be given. With your permission, your coach may shadow you in the work place, attending meetings or events with you. Mentoring tends to be a longer, less formal or structured relationship which, nevertheless, can be extremely powerful and beneficial over the medium to long term.

Is Coaching for You?

Not everyone is ready for a coach. You have to be willing and able to change behaviour that has not worked for you in the past, and to take responsibility. You need to give it your time and commitment; not only for the actual session, but also for agreed actions between the sessions that support the changes you are seeking.

Our toolkit

  • 360 degree feedback & personal audit (SWOT). Strengths are identified as well as areas for development.
  • The GROW model, and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques are used by our qualified and trained coaches.
  • Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and social skills are considered more important in career progression than traditional IQ.
  • Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) is increasingly important as people enquire about meaning and purpose in their working lives.
  • Specific skills sessions e.g. to prepare for major presentation, negotiation, media interview, team or board meeting
  • Role play, video and team exercises are organised where appropriate.
