James Sena

James-Sena2James is an experienced learning and development professional working with clients in financial services, professional services and the aviation industry. He specialises in how people work with one another, be it managing staff, influencing colleagues or serving and selling to customers. He started his career as a management trainee at British Airways and held sales and customer service management positions in the UK and globally.

He worked mainly in the Middle East including Abu Dhabi and is experienced at working in that multi cultural environment. For over 10 years he has been a learning and development specialist at first working with one of the UK’s largest consultancies, but now as an independent consultant, partnering with others to design and deliver exceptional programmes. James has an MBA that focused on global service industries; he is a keen Scuba diver and increasing powerboat enthusiast.
