Ben Leon

Ben Leon is an accredited Executive Coach, with over twenty years track record of successful leadership in the Blue Chip, SME, Start-up, and Not-for-Profit sectors. He started coaching in 1997 through The Life Training (Kairos Foundation), and is a Protégé of The Coaching Academy, a Licensed Practitioner of the PEOPLE Model ™, and holds a Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming accredited by INLPTA (the International NLP Trainers Association). Ben graduated with Joint Honours BSc in Psychology and Zoology from Bristol University, he earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations from the London School or Public Relations and a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.

He serves as a Non Executive and Advisory Board member on a number of companies registered in the UK and internationally; and as a Board Member and Trustee for eight charities focusing on leadership, education, social action, and human rights. On a voluntary level Ben has been coaching for Teach First, whose mission is to address educational disadvantage, and for the Employment Resource Centre giving coaching support to the unemployed.
